Cancellation Policy

When booking your Service, you will be asked to provide a valid credit card number to reserve your appointment. Some appointments require a small deposit will be taken upon booking, others require the full amount. The deposit is Non-Refundable. If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance you will be charged the amount of the deposit. If you reschedule with less than 48 hours notice a re-booking fee will be applied. If you reschedule or cancel the appointment with more then 48 hours notice the deposit will remain on your account and may be used for future appointments.
