What To Bring To My Session?


Arrive Hydrated! While we do have disposable gowns to wear in the sauna, feel free to bring your own. Some people like a swimsuit, others bring their own towel. Also great to bring a bottle of water to your session. Loose fitting Clothing is ideal for after your session.




What To Expect?


It may take several minuets in your first sauna session to begin to sweat and release toxins. This is normal and is different for every individual. The experience is very relaxing for most people. You will feel hot, not too hot. Its very comfortable for most people. The Sauna unit is equipt with Bluetooth, Relax and listen to music or your favorite podcast. Upon finishing your session we have cold, Eucalyptus face cloths, facial mist and spray natural deoderant.

How Often can I book a session?


As long as you stay hydrated, you can have 2-5 sessions/week. Maxiumun session is 40 min.




How do you clean the sauna?


By nature, Infrared saunas are anti-bacterial. We also use an Oxygen Ionizer to keep our sauna free from viruses, mold, bacteria. This is ran between every sauna appointment. We also use a hydrogen peroxide solution on all srfaces to maintain cleanliness.
