We wanted to touch base with our clients and give you an update on our future plans We have created a flexible phase A, B and C timeline to ensure we are creating a safe environment for everyone.
Phase A is curbside pickup for retail products as well as continuing our online business. We have over 100 products available for delivery on our Shine Shop website.
We are currently operating in Phase A, with limited curbside hours of Saturday & Sunday 12-4pm.
In phase B, we will reintroduce our facials with strict PPE guidelines for team and guest safety. This will include sanitizer stations, face shields and gloves. Clients will also be asked general health questions prior to treatment. We will also ensure that only two people are interacting at a time, as well as proper sanitization of all tools, supplies and linens between clients.
And, finally, in phase C, we will determine how to conduct business moving forward using the best practices that will continue to make Shine an enjoyable shopping experience while keeping our community healthy and safe.
Before reopening in store shopping and services, we will deep clean the entire store. This includes all our floors, surfaces, tables, shelves, register, doors and windows.
We will also use rubbing alcohol to wipe down all of our current inventory and discard any testers. New and fresh testers will be available for display only and handled by our staff to demonstrate product textures and scents.
Our staff will wear masks and also practice safe no contact checkout.
We highly encourage our clients to Install Apple Pay or Google Pay on their mobile devices.
While this may all seem overwhelming at this time, we have nothing but gratitude and high hopes for our reopening plan and look so forward to seeing you soon!
